Overall, I’m not too happy with this purchase. I got myself a Lenovo X1 Fold, but I’m facing problems with the speakers and the display. It was marketed as having a 3-year on-site Lenovo premier warranty, but Lenovo informed me that’s not accurate. Instead, it’s a Depot warranty, which is a big difference as their listings clearly indicate.

I reached out to Lenovo, and they sent me a DOA form to fill out. When I asked about getting a replacement, they told me that the stock is with a different supplier, so they can’t swap it for the same model. This is despite them advertising that they have 200 units available.

This whole experience has been quite unpleasant, and I’m really let down by the misleading information and the lack of support to resolve the issue.

I was on the hunt for a certain laptop-tablet hybrid online. Just like many others, I stumbled upon this gem and honestly couldn’t believe my luck. My gadget was fresh out of the box, all the internals were intact, and it had the same specifications as on other sites, but I snagged it for a way better price. Super satisfied. 5 stars!

I stumbled upon ITBay while searching for a better price on the item I wanted. Managed to save £60, and the entire transaction was seamless. They do shut down on weekends, which caused a bit of a hold-up, but hey, delivery was on the house. Overall, I'm really happy with how things turned out and will definitely shop here again.
